Refund policy

At Kinel, we’re committed to providing a meaningful and supportive learning experience. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Cohort-Based Programs (6-Month)

  • Full refund if requested within 7 days of the program start date.
  • 50% refund if requested within the first 14 days of the program.
  • No refunds after the 14-day window.

Skill or Bundle Tracks (Self-Paced)

  • Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
  • No refunds after the 7-day window or if significant content has been accessed/downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@kinel.io with:

  • Your full name
  • Email used to register
  • Program name
  • Reason for the refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Accessing over 20% of the course materials in self-paced programs
  • Missing deadlines or failure to attend live sessions
  • Technical issues not reported to us during the early stages
  • Payments made through discount bundles or scholarship offers (unless stated otherwise)

Transfers Instead of Refunds

If you’re unable to continue your current program, you may be eligible to:

  • Defer your cohort to a future one
  • Switch to another course of equal value within the first 14 days
